All solo material from Paul McCartney will be available through iTunes

Former Beatle Paul McCartney will make his entire 25-album-strong solo music catalogue available through iTunes this month, Apple has confirmed.
iTunes is also offering Macca fans the chance to pre-order his latest album Memory Almost Full starting immediately. iTunes customers pre-ordering the 13-track album in the UK will get an exclusive acoustic version of the single Dance Tonight when the album is delivered, and the single Ever Present Past immediately upon pre-ordering the new album.
Steve Jobs, Apple's CEO, said: "Paul McCartney is one of the greatest musicians of all time, and we're extremely excited to offer his first digitally distributed album on iTunes."
Paul McCartney said: "Memory Almost Full is a very personal album for me, and I'm thrilled to let fans experience it in a whole new way. There's no better time to make music available through iTunes."
Announcing plans to make McCartney's previous music available through iTunes yesterday, Tony Wadsworth, chairman and CEO, EMI Music UK said: “Paul McCartney’s post-Beatles catalogue, spanning four decades, is one of the great treasures of popular music. EMI is proud to be introducing Paul’s music to the digital marketplace.”
McCartney's latest solo album is released on 5 June. It is the first global release by Hear Music, the newly formed record label from Starbucks Entertainment and Concord Music Group.
Beatles fans are hoping the move to bring McCartney into the online fold may presage a wider release of music from The Beatles through iTunes.
