A couple months ago. I got a lil message from Shopping Karma that she had given me a lil blogger award. What a cool surprise. The Lemonade Award> I am guessing, this is in part, to bloggers, that have made Lemonade from Lemons? I'm not quite sure? HA! I will have to ask her-again?...very sweet!

Just the other day Ms. Shopping Karma left me another message that, she, had nominated my blog for a Creative blogger Award. Ahhh how cool is that?! I will have to agree with her on that one. I am creative!!! lmao :) I just need to figure how to add them here to my blog. I forgot how to actually post em?

It's nice to be recognized by your fellow bloggers..I really do not know of any other bloggers to pass these off too at this time.. But, when I come into someone who is totally creative, or has made lemonade, in life. I will be sure to pass these on..

For some reason I couldn't log onto My Blog Log account this past weekend I had the wrong email hooked up no matter how many times and ways up down and side ways I just couldn't log into my account there, damn!

So I found the My Blog Log Blog and posted my lil dilemma and I hear from Ian the next day., He was quick like a bunny to help me in my time of need.. lol Nice friendly and a BIG help.

6 months of blogging for me what a trip it's been

6 months of blogging for me what a trip it's been

Next week will be my 6 month anniversary of blogging and I tell you it hasn't been easy.

Blogging takes allot of work and dedication.

From what to post to all the techhnical stuff than attempting to put that into practice on your blog.

What I still donot understand is HTML codes, labels & how to post a Digg button properly amoung other things.

What Iv'e learned so far how to add vids, piccies, bookmarks, add a comment, lil widgets, links, RSS feeds, colors, fonts etc. (elementary for you but still a learning process for me)

I still do not know how to add a three column to my blog and if I did know this that would be my next goal.

I also do not know how to make people leave messages or generate more traffic? I do know it's difficult to get technical help from bloggers.

I've also met some very friendly bloggers mostly via blog catalog who have offered help and in site. I also noticed that some can really give a damn what's in your side bar because no one has made any inquiries on what is posted there?

I do know that I love blogging and promoting things that I believe in wether it be

the Beatles & Paul McCartney or other music and artists, or anything that I find interesting or have a mad passion about!

I do Look forward to the next 6 months to see where my lil blog might take me. I also appreciate all you lil visitors out there visiting and reading my blog keep up the good work, you rawk!!

Man let me be blunt! As a new blogger I believe this is bullchips, It's just like a freakin clique those that know me well know I cannot stand cliques. This is such a silly notion bloggers giving each other cyber awards for a job
"well done" "One mans trash is another mans treasure."
Tis is a mary-go-round, blogger's giving out these things to the same people all the time. why?

"Cuz they're friends" I'd rather get something from someone who is a "constant reader of my blog" or a "unknown person reading my blog" in some form or another in this way I know it is sincere and not a bunch of crap!

that they, the reader likes'/enjoys what they are reading not becuz they are friends with Joe Blow around the block feel me?

continuing on since I had one minute to write this at work as I had a meeting to attend.

Please don't get me wrong their are some fantastic blogs out there that receive no recognition at all! what about all the lil new blogs & bloggers, what about the little guy? I'm pro "little guy" getting more traffic, readers & hopefully comments, yes!!.

Not about page rank, Alexia, analytics, kissin someones ass or I'll do this for you if you do me, say what? Check yourself.

Pure shallowness I tell you and I just did. Hopefully the originators of these lil cyber award thingy's will give some time & careful consideration to all the lil guys, struggling bloggers with passion, creativity, with voices to be heard, take some notice! Yes we all like "thatta boys/girls" just be real about it.

So I salute all US lil guys out there may all your voices be heard!
p.s. the Paul McCartney concert link is still working for those of you that haven't seen Macca's concert at the Round house.

HA! Well I knew I wasn't the only soul who is ticked off on this voting/spamming game. what is Admin to do? apparently they're blocking the spammers and sifting through the rubble, when the smoke clears and the dust settles

I'm almost certain that bloggers will be much happier.It's always darkest before the dawn hehehe. However, I still see this contest geared towards the "Pros" & not "New" bloggers like myself, time will tell how this all pans out. Wondering,thinking pondering.

ok so here we are "Blogging to Fame" but are we? I feel really bad for the Admin. running this Great contest why? the constent spammers. "Vote for me I voted for you" "please vote for me please please please" piccies and links leading you to their profiles and get this, its gaining in popularity, isn't that grand!

Hell no.

shouldn't there be a nice way to ask bloggers new and old joining in the contest a way to view your profile and blogs without pleading and begging, a bloggin etiquette of sorts? I believe so.

How many people are actually reading peoples profiles and blogs? I do not need to get into particulars but those in this contest not spammiin get my meaning, I hope. Perhaps they should change the name of the contest to "Blogging to Spamming Fame" that seems to be the trend here. hehehe
