Semi-rant Sarah Palin is whacked!
Ok kids, please bare with me. I cannot stand it any longer. I almost cringe!- a small rant on Sarah Palin. Watching her campaign over the past 2 weeks or so,. I can't keep silent any longer, without commenting.
Just the other day, Saturday night in fact, I was telling a loved one, I believed Rep. Gov. Sarah Palin was "Wack"yep, that is slang for CRAZY!
If that wasn't enough, when I tuned into MSNBC countdown an unknown source in the McCain camp, today in fact, also called Sarah Palin a "Whack Job" my ears perked,. whaaaaa?. Whoa, something I can finally agree with on the Republican side, something straight forward, and honest coming from the McCain Camp! someone's on hit!
Hey,I'm not the only one who believes Sarah Palin is Whacked! talk about outta touch, this women is embarrassing she can't "Represent" me, or the US, give me a break. I can barely type, people. This women is 'Scary Sherry Dangerous' How will SNL run with this latest news of Palin the Wacko? they're gonnna run with it!
Oh and did you see that lil snippet of the Joe-ism's yesterday on the Palin campaign trail? paraphrasing here, Sarah Palin's favorite Joey-ism is:

I like John McCain,. I appreciate all his years of service to this country,. I applaud him for that. If McCain believed he could sway Hillary Clinton voters with 'Annie get your Guns?'-bullchips! Most American women are smarter than this Rep. VP and we aren't falling for it. I suspect many women are laughing there asses off at Palin. This women should be selling Mary Kay and disappear.

Mac’s ex-PR man turns down £150k book offer

Good news for Sir Paul McCartney – his former PR man, Geoff Baker, claims he has turned down an offer of £150,000 to write a book about his time working for the ex-Beatle.
Baker is currently writing a novel, Diary of a Madman, which is updated daily on his blog. The novel is about a music PR man losing his mind while working for a rock star, although Baker insists “the book is not about me, Paul, my family, my friends or anybody or any event that I have actually experienced”.
On Monday, Baker, a former showbusiness editor of the Daily Star, wrote on his blog:
“If I was writing for money I wouldn’t have turned down the latest offer of £150,000 up front to pen my Mcmemoirs and I wouldn’t be smoking roll-ups; well, not roll-ups this small.”
He also reveals he has just been sacked from his PR role for pop band Purplemelon “over some matter of annoyance at my persistence in saying ‘that won’t work, it’s a crap idea’, so I’ve returned to freelancing features for Her Majesty’s Press and am about to start whoring myself out as a columnist for any who will have me but most likely The Lung Disease Gazette.”
Baker was working as a freelance journalist when he began working for Macca in 1989. They parted company in acrimonious fashion in 2004.

Now a few years ago, Mr. Baker -as some of us call him Geoff,. informed us he would be writing a few books/novels, nothing of the sort would he write about Paul McCartney or his employ with Paul, as he was loyal to Paul and to family he was firm on this. (haters would disagree.)
He said something to the fact he would rather stick a lite cigarette in his eye. I cannot recall at this time what Geoff told us exactly, it was probably something far worse than what I wrote above.
Some fans, who have kept in touch with Geoff in recent years, had encouraged Geoff to write his books, since he is a brilliant writer.
I can say with certainty he loved the fans,. from my experience and treated them with fun, respect and dignity, as he would want to be treated., I suspect he could spot out the fakes and these were the ones that would get pissed off at Geoff for not providing them favors, I have seen it for myself.
Geoff is a real person, not fake, unlike some in Paul McCartney's current employ. We all have issues that need work, else we would not be human. Geoff is a a big Beatles's lover like most of us that love em.
Give Geoff Baker a break, and haters stop making him look like a villain. Geoff, is a decent person, with a wicked sense of humour, a great PR man, writer, and a true friend. He is tho, NO Howard Hughes.~smile.

Kids,. you have all heard about that silly lil story about the missing Paul McCartney wax head missing on a train this past week,. right? Now they are asking for big bucks for it's return $20,.000 grand, Why? make another one, it doesn't look like Paul McCartneyat all in my opinion. I didn't post about it cuz I thought it was a non-important issue, dunno why?
I'm glad to hear and surprised to see Keith Olbermann happened to mention it tonight on his
"Best Persons" segment. hehehe He has a way with words and reporting, loving that humour. (OK,. he rawks! even after I posted "Creep vid" in his honour for dissin Hillary.) All is forgoven.
I'm happy to hear or read anything about the Beatles in national news, no matter how silly it may be., hats off to Keith Olbermann for his brillant news reporting and while we're at it- let us give him a "Best Newscaster of the World" shout.

A lil something different today. What is it that you do when you are feeling down or outta sorts? For me, I listen to music, it is so healing. As a lover of music I love all types of music and at times music of the spiritual nature, just hits the spot. I love Gospel music,. yes I do. Some people pray and there is nothing wrong with that. I believe in the power of prayer. We could all use some spiritual healing no matter who you are. You cannot do it alone believe me,. I know!
If you are feeling down having a hard time going thru something,. just ask the Lord above to help you thru your struggle. Your not alone. I'd like to share this vid with you Yolanda Adams-Be Blessed., When I first heard this song a few years ago I was like who the hell is that? what a beautiful voice! one of the best female voices I ever heard..,

Sheeesh I'm glad I won my Ringo drumhead from K-Fox in San Jose years ago,. I was soo extatic when I won that signed drumhead! Ringo sounds like a grumpy Gus, it's kinda sad~ I heard a brief snippet this morning on K-Fog radio huh? I said with sleepy ears, Ringo sounds plain tired from us fans wanting his siggy., we should just let him be.

OK, so I never got that phone call today from Paul or Ringo on my birthday, see post below. I thought of Paul, Ringo and Geoff Baker, I haven't heard from Geoff in ages! it was nice to watch the vid of Geoff & Paul hugging in the beginning of "Long and Winding Road" vid not until 10 mins. ago when I read this from the Sun.
VEGGIE campaigner Sir Paul McCartney has blasted McDonald’s after accusing them of using his picture to flog HAMBURGERS.
Macca, a vegetarian for 30 years, hit the roof after hearing staff at the fast food chain had put up pictures of the Beatles to attract customers.
His portrait appears alongside band mate John Lennon and fellow veggies Ringo Starr and the late George Harrison at a Liverpool branch.
Sir Paul’s spokesman Geoff Baker fumed: “What sort of morons do McDonald’s think Beatles fans are?
“It’s ridiculous and insulting to use images to peddle hamburgers. Fans should boycott McDonald’s — and not just in Liverpool.” read more here
I had lunch at McDonalds today
What is so ironic after I went to the pharmacy to get my prescription today and almost had my car wiped out by a RV while driving. I went to McDonalds since they have that new Monopoly game out, you cannot win if you donot play right? Anyhow, I was going thru the drive thru where a man asked me if I could spare any change?
"Dude, your asking me for money on my birthday?" the man was surprised, he began to tell me of his plight, he was homeless and jobless. I have been there before, I told the man. I know what it's like not to have money and being homeless several times in my life. it sucks.
I reached in my wallet and gave the man a $1 than made it $2 I was almost in tears., I blessed the man. I went thru the drive-thru and told them at the window., "Please buy the man standing outside asking for money, some lunch, I'll pay." So I bought him what I bought myself. parked the car and walked around the side of the building and gave the man his lunch. He was so grateful he wished me Happy Birthday and gave me a hug. smiles.
It just seems so strange talking about Paul & Geoff and thinking of them after the video. hum? I also think it's quite strange, if not weird, that Mikey D's would post piccies of the Beatles inside a Liverpool McDonald's, don't you?
If it had been a world wide veggie restaurant that everyone on the known universe knew about regardless of what language you speak, now that would be something else.
So perhaps I will heed Geoff's Boycott request. I'm already boycotting them liars called Starbucks and their burnt, over priced coffee. equally coincidental I happened ro go to McDonald's today. Boycott McDonalds ha maybe?
Geoff, if you happen to read this, can you please, tell Macca I missed his birthday call... to me.. just in case he wasn't aware of it? lmao! I had a crappy birthday. The silver lining tho -was buying the man outta work lunch from McDonald's ha! Nice to read you in the news Geoff, hugs.

Today is my Birthday will Paul McCartney call me?
Hey people, yes I would post just a silly lil post like this. God only knows how much I would love & dream to meet Paul McCartney and Ringo. So I'm gonna wish and pray very hard, lol miracles do happen, right?
What is life if you cannot dream, and if you do, do it BIG! so in just the slightest chance Paul or Ringo hear of my post on my blog, I invite them to give me a ring. My number is:

Several years ago I had the strangest phone call from the UK asking for Heather. 'Isn't this Heather's number they asked?' NO, it is my number, has been for years. Who ever it was demanded they speak to Heather. I'm not sure whether I said, 'the only Heather I knew of was Heather McCartney'?
This conversation went on for almost two minutes, hehehe. "well Heather gave me this number" they said. Sheesh this guy was insistent this was Heather's number, but Heather whom?
Was Paul McCartney calling?
no it wasn't Paul McCartney I know his voice!
I than felt a lil nervous and said 'hey your calling me from England?' I noticed the number when it came in as being from England from the country code. I thought it was Sam Leach a Beatles promo tor and friend of the Beatles back in the day or my matey, it wasn't either. I wondered if I had entered a contest in the UK online somewhere? I gushed how much I LOVED Grand-Ol-England.
The caller had a smile in his voice than ended the conversation. I wondered who that could have been? anyhow, I continue on my quest to meet Paul McCartney one day, I have so much to thank Paul for Ringo too. It is a long story only one that Paul & Ringo would understand.
I can hope. I can dream and I wait for the day-miles of smiles to you all!

The night Paul McCartney signed my sign posted here on my blog
This is one of my all time favorite songs that the Beatles ever sang. It was my favorite as a lil girl. I swear when Macca sang this at the Shark tank in San Jose Ca-2006. I just broke out in tears over-whelmed with emotion! Paul was looking straight at me! I was in the 5th row and I thought of all the music through-out the years. Always hoping and wishing to see a Beatle perform live!
I thought of Linda McCartney. Remembering the pain that I have went thru in my life all that damn emotion!. Paul singing as if he understood-smile.
The end was soon to come and Brian signaled they'd be back for an encore., During the reprise of Sgt Pepper Paul with a flip of his wrist signaled for me to send up that sign that I had carried too 4 countries following Paul on tour. OMG! I put Swaying Daisy's album on top of that sign and surfed it to the front, where it reached Paul on stage! he flipped it from the back to the front. and signed PAUL across the side! I'll always cherish this sign.! Love you Paul !
See sign on the left of my blog there? It's also great to see Paul and Geoff Baker hugging. This is the first time I watched this vid. ahh memories!

Paul McCartney supports Barrack Obama dont forget the VP debate tonight.
Today Macca attended the fashion show of designer daughter Stella McCartney in Paris. One reporter from the Associated Press asked Paul, which candidate he supported in the US election? Paul McCartney responded, he hopes Barrack Obama to win!
It's nice to know that Macca supports one of them, but remember when Paul played the Bridge School Bennie a few years ago and said "vote for Kerry" when he walked onto the stage? we all let out a slight gasp, than followed by cheers. I for one didn't think Paul would be Political.

Am I the only one waiting with anticipation for Sarah Palin to fall onto her face, with a splat? I swear her interviews with Charlie Gibson & Katie Couric were, well...quite dreadful. For me this women does not have much common sense-simply put, and she wants to "Represent" this country? Embarrassing!
S. Palin is not worldly enough, educated or sophisticated to step into the shoes of a high power leader such as the President of the United States. I'd call her backwoods, she is scary.
We would be the laughing stock of the world if such a women stepped into power. John McCain really screwed this one up. This entire Presidential race reminds me of a reality show with all it's cast of characters. I don't care if she is a women she has nothing on Hillary Clinton not now or ever, HA!

What are the odds makers in Vegas giving in point spreads?
