a Fireman ONLY gig what are the chances?!

*

a Fireman ONLY gig what are the chances?!

Now, that would be somethin!! Here's a clue for you all.. Thanx, MPL for the link to "Paul McCartney to play Fireman Live"

Even IF this was only to be rumour, why not? Can you imagine, Maaca & the boys doing an all out rockin jam session? all Fireman stuff, with other obscure music snuck for good measure - for Macca's die hard fans- pleasure?. I could see it!! This is the type of gig I have hoped for. Don't worry bout the audience! Just do it Big Mac!

snippet:

Speaking exclusively to The Quietus on the eve of the launch of his new live DVD, ‘Good Evening New York’, McCartney said:

“We might well have to do a special venue and say, ‘We’re only doing Fireman stuff tonight and nothing else!’ and if people went for that then we’d have something.”

hb: hmm

“Yeah, it does free you up,” McCartney told us. “And I like working with Youth on the Fireman stuff which is nice 'cos you get away from [fans’] expectations and it’s very nice to do. Consequently it makes for a very free album and we can go anywhere and the idea of idea of taking it on the road is cool.”

He then added jokingly:

“Well, we thought about it a bit but it’s people walking out that I’m worried about!”

source: The Quietus

hb:

Paul McCartney! Fuck that. Don't worry bout who's gonna show & who's not? Are you kidding me? Let em stay home if they don't wanna attend.. I know you care and all.. but, break outta the box..

I love all your jammy jam's with the fella's, it's fresh, new and exciting.. Hell, you can even throw in Hey Jude & fuck everybody up..hahahaha We know it's a favorite..You have so much material. why not give it a go? it's one reason I love, sound checks so much, the jamming. As I sit here wondering thinking & pondering?!! look what ya did with Paper Back writer as an example.. My vote is YES to a Fireman gig.....:)

what do you think-comments?

New McCartney video Dance Til Were High!

Oohhh I have been waiting for this one since, Electric Arguments, came out. Dance til were high The 8th track off Macca's recent 3rd Fireman album.. Iinteresting lil back drop as Paul comes to life via a framed picture on a white wall. As if to say -Picture this, step inside?!, taking us to a back ground of a ...night time
Carnival of Light(s)? HA!

Does Paul, have something up his sleeve with Dance till were high? perhaps a lil teaser of the highly antiscipated Beatle's, Carnival of Light, rumoured earlier this year .... to be released- soon? OR, is this, purely innocent, a coincedence on Paul's, part.. makes- me- go- hum?! see video here at....
Paul McCartney.com

I thought of Carnival of Light as soon I watched ... What do you think?

Coachella Q & A with Paul

Coachella Q & A with Paul
2:10pm
a lil chat with Coachella

1. Have you spent any time in the Palm Springs area? Does the desert inspire you?

I love the desert intensely but have not spent any time in the Palm Springs area, although we did shoot some pictures for the Venus And Mars album cover in northern California in the desert. The desert I know best is Arizona and I love it. I love being there.

2. Why at this point in your illustrious career, did you decide to perform at a U.S. festival?

Because I was asked and it seemed like a great idea. I like that it’s in the desert, I like that it’s the first festival of the year and everyone I talk to told me it was the coolest festival.

3. Will The Fireman be getting a live outing?

We are hoping to bring The Fireman along and persuade him to do a couple of numbers.

4. How do you feel about playing to a crowd as diverse as the Coachella audience? What do you hope the crowd will walk away with?

Their feet! I like diverse audiences; I kind of get them whether I like it or not – my audience often has a big generational span. The spirit at a festival event is very free and so fits with my way of thinking.

5. Are you planning anything different or special for this performance?

Yeah! We will do a few things we haven’t done before and change some of the songs from our normal set.

6. In 2004 you warmed up to Glastonbury with a European tour, how have you been warming up for Coachella?

By playing for David Lynch’s ‘Change Begins Within’ foundation in NYC.

7. Do you feel in the festival setting that there’s a certain level of camaraderie among the performers?

Yeah I think performers and audience all know it’s a party and we are all part of something special – it’s a coming together of like-minds which is always pretty exciting.

8. What are your expectations from this show?

I expect to have a great evening out and groove with ‘ma people’.

coolio, Paul!! I hope you play to the hardcores especially in Vegas!~ wish I could be there at Coachella......woohooooo! hehehe well you hope they leave with their feet Paul? lmao, Ok, so new music from Electric Arguments-and never performed music-with this current band? or never performed music ever?

Notes in Music-McCartney, Beatles, Electric Arguments, Rolling Stone, Ram On LA
Feb. 27th Fri. evening

Hey people how you doing this evening? This week in Notes in Music- (just in case you might have missed it somehow!) This will be a long post...Here are some happenings you might want to know about and check out...

Ram On LA-Tribute to Paul McCartney, Covers-Album cover right

Out Monday, free.....

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Aquarium Drunkard and Autumn Tone Records announce

Ram on L.A., a cover-compilation featuring 11 of L.A.’s favorite bands – digitally available on Monday, March 2nd
“Los Angeles: huge, sprawling, and eclectic, has been likened to microcosm of the country as whole -- truly a melting pot of various cultures, ethnicities, tastes and influences. So is her music. With various scenes and sub-scenes, rarely has there been a defining "sound" that marks the overall zeitgeist of what is happening in the city at any one time. In 2008 I set out to create a compilation of a dozen or so L.A. based artists that I felt were creating something both unique and diverse. After some thought I decided that there needed to be a running theme, something to tie the artists together into a cohesive whole, a common bond.
As records tend to do, a revisited appreciation of Paul McCartney's 1971 solo album, RAM, had begun to see a resurgence of sorts within a number of local Eastside artists, coming up in conversations and on the turntables of various house parties.

The theme was found Over the course of the second half of 2008 eleven Angeleno artists individually went in to various studios, rehearsal spaces and apartments to record their take on what is my favorite, and arguably, McCartney's best solo work.... the end result is RAM On L.A.”
Justin Gage

Founder

Aquarium Drunkard/Autumn Tone Records

Released as a high-quality 320kbs MP3 digital download via Aquarium Drunkard's label, Autumn Tone Records, the not-for-profit compilation is free for download at www.aquariumdrunkard.com. Listeners are encouraged to make donations to No More Landmines (http://www.landmines.org.uk), the fantastic cause that "helps and empowers communities around the world by removing the threat of landmines and unexploded weapons." A cause championed by Sir Paul McCartney himself.

With a truly diverse lineup, comprised of both Los Angeles scene stalwarts and new faces alike, listeners get to sample a slice of the present "sound" of Los Angeles, while revisiting one of if not, the best solo effort by one of the greatest artists of the last five decades. Every penny of donations from listeners will go directly to No More Landmines

Electric Arguments Deluxe set-late
What in the world? Last night, I had posted on Macca's webby, asking about my Electric Arguments Deluxe box set, I ordered last Nov.
One of the mods informed me another webby claimed the Deluxe sets were going to be made available in mid-April? Say Whaa? Ok than, why were we not informed and shown some love via email on the delay?
It was also stated that the new Deluxe Electric Arguments sets would have a few more goodies added to those who purchased em?
Don't know if that is true or not? I just think it a bit odd we were not informed. Now, this is taking an entire 5 mos. to receive my Macca music? lmao!

Notes in Music-Electric Arguments, Air Play, the Dammys
Feb 12th eve...
Hey people, How are you? just when you think the Grammys couldn't suck any worse, The people of the Grammys have stripped all videos posted on Youtube for copyright Infringement-What the hell? Why can't they not get a clue? There are people that missed the Dammys-damnit. What are the Grammys afraid of?

The entire, Grammy award show, is a complete farce-period so I say- next year. Let's all boycott and not watch, See the ratings plummet even further, next year! Apparently The Grammys did not bother to learn anything from McCartney. Radiohead, & Lil Wayne-as posted by The Chicago Tribune Let the Dammys crash & burn~ great article..

Why no Air play of Electric Arguments?
I tell you, since Paul McCartney released his latest album Electric Arguments in November, I have not heard one track played on the air, on local radio ie: KFOX & KFOG. What is up with that? They can plug Bruce Springsteen's album & upcoming tour, but cannot play Macca's critically acclaimed album, or even talk about it? do Disc Jocks even know the album exists? I wonder if Electric Arguments is getting any air play anywhere, besides the UK? c'mon radio stations give Macca a fair "Spin" will you~

Lovers is a Dream-Electric Arguments, The Fireman loved this video so much done by Maccaspan I'll post it again~enjoy

Electric Arguments Deluxe
I happen to be one of those who ordered Paul McCartneys Deluxe version of Electric Arguments, guess what? I still have not received it and it's Feb.12th, when am I gonna get my cool, box set? Has anyone else reading this received theirs yet, please let me know. How long is it gonna take.
Macca could have delivered it to me personally, by now,-since he was in town~ lol Could you imagine, Paul McCartney, knocking on your door, disguised voice, than apologizing for your late package? I'd laugh, I'd cry, I have no idea what I would do? lol

Amazon Amoeba Secret EP
Amazon is offering Paul McCartney's Live gig at The Ameoba, for a discount, if you're interested? The EP, is on CD, if you did not get a chance to purchase the limited edition vinyl album, you can buy the cd at a discount. You can click the link above on the left-The amazon widget here on my blog...

Paul McCartney's in Rolling Stone mag this month
Friday Evening Jan 9th

Macca talks to Rolling Stone mag about Electric Arguments. In the new issue==
(on newsstands everywhere today!), Paul McCartney opens up about the Fireman, his low-key experimental side project with British producer Youth. article here
there is a small Q&A with Paul..(I was disappointed a bit- I thought it would be longer)

A side note: Rolling Stone, didn't even bother to give Electric Arguments, a top 50 spot of 2008's top albums of the year per them. What's up with that? Instead, they choose the likes of the Jonas Bros? & Taylor Swift?....like I said, What the? The list sux in my opinion...

Whatever happened to the greatness and edge of Rolling Stone magazine? me thinks they need to get back to cutting edge music. OK.. R-E-A-L music & articles-than, slash all that wasted crap advertising space, which takes up, entire pages.. (very annoying) Forget the pop culture stuff..Leave that, to other mags.. Rolling Stone is suppose to be the Holy Grail, of all music magazines... this is what I think when I say" Rolling Stone" C'mon guys, get back to your hip roots and greatness..

Fans Meeting Macca at HMV London! (Lucky Bastiffs)

^

If you like this post Stumble or Digg it!
Fans Meeting Macca today at HMV London! (lucky bastiffs)
Dec 21st-Daytime
Fans meeting Paul below: plus just added Vid,

There is not a day that I don't speak about Paul McCartney and The Beatles, especially at work. People ask me daily "whats new with Paul McCartney?" "when is he going on tour?" or ask some type of Beatles trivia..I am, by no means...any sort of Beatles expert, just a huge FAN who loves them Beatles and everything about em, period. I have never had the pleasure of meeting Paul McCartney myself-whatta drag! ( however I have had vivid dreams meeting Paul, me and my matey Sarah F.)
I have came so close in past years tho.. (once when Paul nearly ran over my foot in Liverpool) I pray on the day-God willing- if there is the slightest chance I might meet Macca, also. Well today many fans had their wishes and dreams fulfilled meeting Paul McCartney for the first time at the HMV store on London's Oxford Street for an album signing of The Firemans latest:
Electric Arguments

No Heart for Peter no Merry Christmas for Paul oops!
I think I scared the scruffy get standing cause outside afterwards they turned around the car so that he would avoid getting near me the psycho in a suit. Well, I looked at the weatherforecast last night and saw it was mild, it was always my intention to wear a tie, nice slacks shirt and jumper, but being that it was so mild (forecasted), and remembering that at Virgin two years he turned up in a suit and tie, (foto Courtesy Reuters)

I thought bollocks the man has been an important part of my growing up ( or as far as any man grows up) the least I can do is make an effort and wear a suit, plus I got it drycleaned after Liverpool I might as well wear it again.

Well I was number three in the queue ie 7.50ish pm on Wednesday night, only went coz I couldn't the stand the thought of nutter scots lass queuing up all night on the wicked, debauched streets of London, and i will never forgive you DC for not giving me the cash to go into Stringfellows. But mad manch lady wanted to see me cry along with Neeta so they pushed me in front of her to number two.

Once, we got into the store (HMV) they were of course playing the EA but I was before Tuesday getting it for Christmas and had only heard the three tracks played on the radio broadcastr with the standin for O'leary. And as it was the only present ( I normally buy th releases on the date of release) I want to heard it totally on Christmas day. It was surprisingly easy to block it out coz of the chatter of the nervous nutters around me , some on thsi board have met me in real life and will probably find it hard to believe that when i am nervous really nervous I go very quiet or at least on the scale of Peter.
Plus I was doing me mantra "Do Not Say " I Love you , Paul in a non gay way" and "Do Not Say Mary is Beautiful" thought the imaging of Mr McCartney sitting on the bog was slightly disconcerting to say the least.

DC went up first and she can tell you what she said and what he replied if she wishes to do, she is at the moment on a train back north. I was getting pushed ( gently and saying yes go on to me ) to move her along. So I went upto the desk and handed him the cd and said "Thank you Mr McCartney" why I dont know he only said "Hello" and smiled whilst reaching out his hand. He was looking straight at me and I said " Thank you for the 45 and half years of pleasure", he looked I suppose quizingly at me as i only look 33 and 6/3 ( shutit DC). I then said "And thank you for being a decent hero. A boy (or man or lad "i can't quite recall") growing up needs his hero to be a decent man or bloke" some of you may know that I normally only use the phrase "half decent man"
but I guess i got carried away. I think or maybe i am imaging it that his voice slightly softened from before when he said "thank you very much" it was definitely thank you very but I was getting embarrassed and wanted to leg it. I can't recall if I had already got the cd in my hand but I remember my eyes suddenly came into focus that he had proferred his hand and I was thinking " ******* Hell he wants to shake hands with you". I know I know his manners are verging on the impeccable but for some reason I had got it into my head that I wouldn't be shaking hands with him.

'His handshake was warm and friendly or was it my hand that was warm?'
', none of this macho power handshake crap. (hb: lmao) When your working class in Britain that crushing of the hand gets a headbutt. Macho men aint real men, real men care and protect their women. I am sure he has his folibles but Mr McCartney is too my mind a real man.

I basically tried to run away then and he wished me a " Merry or Happy Christmas", I had totally forgot about Christmas and I think I said "oh, andyou too" or something similar. So I am afriad that I might have appeared rude or something.

I have never been anywhere near his homes, though i got calls from a Wirral Police officer a couple of times wheni lived in Liverpool, when he was just in town on family and personal stuff, never gone to his farm, known idiots who have, never gone to Abbey Road as it is too near his home, keep temptation away, as I consider it rude. But have always hoped to bump into him on the street to just thank him for the music. Why the hell did i say "thank you for the pleasure" sounds more like a reference for the stud farm. How many years have I thought of what I would say when people ask you what you would say if you actually met him, though my normal outloud response has always been a jokey one. And when i get the chance although brief I bugger it up.

Two things stopped me joining the UDA in the mid 70's, me mum ( good mersey lass) and the Beatles message, I was in my mid teens. The train fares are the rest of this year's crissie present. But not the 50 fags a day i have been smoking since Tuesday lunchtime when the mad scot got a hold of me.

Now however inadequately I feel that I expressed my admiration and graditude to Mr McCartney, really should be "your Grace, the Duke of Speke has a nice ring too it and could easily be a chain of pubs, with the onset of the depression I am sure just a half a million quid could get a dukedom".
I shall not be going to any of these events or meetings, though there are at least 10 people I would love to have a siggie from him, a couple of relations but mostly friends that the music of the Beatles has made happen ( awful this sentence I know but I am quite honestly buggered) from differnet nationalities and cultures and age groups and some but not all that I was lucky in the last year ( just over ) to actually meet in person.

So, Harley mad manch lady and neeta will hate you coz by your question, you have achieved the result that they wished to see but didnt get to.

My item was signed just:
" cheers joe bloggs" with no heart, why NOT!!! Though I regret not asking him to write LFC Rules OK
from Peter, Somewhere's in England..

Well, I for one am soooo Happy for Peter meeting Macca, finally. He isn't the sort to stand in lines! I also know he is estatic meeting his hero..right on Peter I'd be awfully happy too!!.
*
I Still Can't believe I met Paul McCartney!!!!!!
I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE I MET SIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was awesome!! He is awesome--so kind and nice and sociable...
He listened to all I had to say (like EA and MAF are fantastic, your music is immortal, you are awesome, and wish you a merry xmas ), wrote down his autograph (no dedication as the first thing I uttered was my name, and it didn't come out very well... )
^
but he made a funny drawing beside the signature as well as a heart at the bottom. He was pleased I loved MAF and EA, and shook my hand twice, when I got to him and when I left.

Everything was perfectly organised. I had a great time
(for 10 mins, after he arrived, all I could say was OMG!). When he came out, I was waiting for him with others, and he was so nice, said hi to everyone, and wished us all a merry xmas and happy new year. He was in great shape and mood.
^
The man rocks!! I didn't think he'd be so nice. Apart from the sales issue, I am sure he does meet people because he likes to--you can see it in his eyes, he loves to listen to you and even slows down the signing while you're talking, to let you finish. He never pushes you away, he loves to talk.

SIR IS DEFINITELY AWESOME
From Trystan aka Sarah, Italy
*
HB:
Woohoo Sarah you lucky Duck, you met Sir Paul McCartney! how effin awesome for you! I'm happy for you guys--were ya nervous? lol

I feel very lucky I can't stop staring at my autograph!!!
My experience was a bit weird. I didn't get a wristband but thought I would go down there to see what the queue was like - remembering what it was like at Virgin in November 2006. But to my surprise there were only about 5 people outside the store and they didn't seem to be aware that the wristbands were available from Thursday.
^
Was there a big queue of people at any time since the release of the wristbands? I could see people inside but no queue of hopefuls like last time. The only thing those people mentioned was that they had seen some press guys go around the back. So I went round to the back door and saw a member of HMV staff looking out, so I asked if they had any wristbands left.
^
The guy went to check and came back with one and took me straight into the store! I had a yellow band so had to wait a while but I finally got to speak to him.

I asked him to sign my 'home is where the heart is' poster from King's Dock in 2003
and he said 'wow' when he recognised it. I told him how great the show was and also Anfield this year and when he asked I told him that I live in Liverpool. And he shook my hand! He does have very soft hands - he obviously doesn't do too much hard labour! He has 'people' for that! But he was very gracious and very human (if you know what I mean) - not the out-of-reach megastar attitude that some stars have. I feel very lucky and can't stop staring at the autograph!

"He does have very soft hands"
estrella de mar, Liverpool

hb: I'm so happy for you, meeting Paul. I was in Liverpool 03 also, and asked at the end of the gig if I could have one of those bitty signs also. the "home is where the heart is" Liverpool was one of the best concerts ever I'm so grateful I got to attend!

Love it! share a late Breaky with Paul...lol How truly exciting for Fans this coming sunday & congrats to those who scored a wrist band.!!

HMV are very proud to announce that music legend Paul McCartney will make a personal appearance at their London Oxford Circus flagship store, 150 Oxford Street next Sunday, 21st December 2008 between 10.00am - 11.00am to sign copies of 'Electric Arguments', the new highly critically acclaimed album by Paul's under the guise of The Fireman.

Not all music fans may be aware that the creative force behind the acclaimed music project The Fireman is none other than Paul McCartney, who has collaborated on the concept periodically with influential record producer 'Youth' since 1993.

Their latest album Electric Arguments is an eclectic and varied album consisting of thirteen tracks recorded in thirteen days over the period of nearly a year. Each track was written and recorded in the space of one day.
The Fireman went into the studio with no plan or clear direction of how they wanted the album to sound. The project took a life of its own and the results will surprise anyone expecting to hear the previous sound of the band.

Paul will visit HMV's flagship store to sign copies of The Fireman's new album
'Electric Arguments', which was released last month to much critical acclaim, and is being re-issued this week with exclusive new artwork.

WHERE: HMV 150 Oxford Street, London W1

The Fireman didn't Rip off Blue's Mans Song

The Fireman didn't Rip off Blues mans song

C'mon,..now an interesting lil ditty, about "Light from your Light House" off the recent
Electric Arguments album..is said to be taken from Blues legend 'Blind man Willie's'
'Let your light Shine on me' (follow me now) I said last week........

'Light from your Light House' from The Fireman kinda reminded me of Midnight Special-done by Credence Clear Water Revival... not sure where it's origin came from?
Somewhere in the deep south of prison chain gangs...Midnight Special also reminiscent of "Let your light Shine on me" by Blind Man Willie- still following? Quote from NME.

"It's true that The Fireman used the Blind Willie Johnson track as inspiration for our own song," they said. "His is a traditional song and this is not the first time an artist has made their own version using such a traditional song."

Exactly Fireman!!!
How many 'other artist's' have been inspired by BLUES music coming from the deep south? This is where Rockin-Roll originated from, The Blues-duh! If today's artist's are inspired from such soulful songs sung (long ago, perhaps heard by great-grand-parents) by legendary blues men, in their strife?
than let them pay homage, as long as the Blues originator is credited for their inspiration, in creating said songs in question? I think it an honor to be remembered..and inspired.. from the architect/ founders of music... I fondly think of Robert Johnson when I write this posty. So don't get all up-tight by rumours, that 'Light from your Light House' was ripped off from a Blues Legend.

Best Albums of ’08: The Fireman – Electric Arguments Examiner
triple re-edit!

I was soo tired and lazy to post this. this evening after my Grammy post, so I thought I'd wait until Friday straight up noon were it will suddenly appear! hehehe It's about time someone a music dude ( won't call him a critic) has actually got something, right.

I did say this past week that critic's can 'kick Rocks' if they didn't dig this album. music writer Hunter G says-
The Fireman's Electric Arguments is one of the BEST albums of 2008. Hey. I ain't gonna argue. he is right. This is the Fireman's best albums in years.

According to Hunter Gorinson of The San Francisco Examiner his best since Venus & Mars. I take it Hunter doesn't like Macca's solo work! hehehe anyhow a snippet/review of
Electric Arguments:

" Looks like Paul McCartney has finally decided put the down the patchouli and show the kids how it's done. After years of lackluster solo releases that bored the hell out of anyone born after 1985 (get it?!) and selling records through Starbucks, McCartney went back to his roots and spewed forth a true blue rock record – Electric Arguments – while masquerading under the name, The Fireman."

(For the record-Starbucks-SUX!!) and Macca's solo work hasn't been lackluster? Why ya gotta lie-Craig? heheheheh

Fans new and old need to support this new album.. Electric Arguments and buy it! talk about it, tell your friends..this is a brilliant freakin album..on so many levels and not just that, it gets better with each play. I kid you not there is so much going on with EA I really cannot put it into words at this time..
Let's get this album going people so it gets a Grammy nomination this upcoming year-it's that good! Macca has righteous dues coming with this experimental album, get the word out and support Paul McCartney and Youth- Hopefully more music critic's will take notice too..

Geoff Baker Keith Richards article the Mail
*
I know Geoff admires Keith Richards-smile
In other news I happened to come upon a great lil article written by Geoff Baker and friend
(I don't know the other guy) from the Mail.co.uk about Keith Richards, who is about to...GET THIS- release an OL classic easy listening....album? huh...Say what?!
a snippet here from Geoff's article:
*
the man who famously declared ‘rehab is for quitters’ –(lmao) looks set to do the one thing no one ever expected: release an easy-listening album.

Remarkably, it could include a polished jazz version of the Judy Garland classic Somewhere Over The Rainbow from The Wizard Of Oz and a tear-jerking homage to country star Tammy Wynette in the song Apartment No 9.
More than 20 never-released covers by the Rolling Stones guitarist have been leaked on the Internet and are proving a huge hit with the few fans in the know.

( where is that link Geoff? I'd love to hear a snippet) I left a comment but of course the 'Mail" didn't post it, sheeesh. Wanna read more about K. Richards Geoff's article? see here

I cannot help myself! I've just listened to
'Electric Arguments' in it's entirety. At first, I was a bit worried. I was expecting something ala the first two Fireman albums on the indtrumental front. This is the Fireman's first album with lyrics.
*
OK, so the world knows who the Fireman are by now- Paul McCartney & Youth. HA!
*
Months ago I heard Life Long Passion than Nothing too much just outta site-(ala Zeppelin) this is better-
Sing the Changes. OK. I'm starting to feel it, I like it better since listening to the album. Than came Highway, OK we got something here. This is when the album began to open up and kick start it for me.
I was becoming so exciteted, to what was to come.. The Fireman take you on a journey. I suppose, this is the best way to describe it.
*
HIGHWAY~ I just like it. reminds me of Elvis Costello-part of it anyways 'pump it up' you know?
*
LIGHT FROM YOUR LIGHTHOUSE~ liken the deep vocals more than anything. Midnight special anyone?
*
DANCE TILL WHERE HIGH~ a Catchy tune a 60's type vibe & beat with bells-ok chimes, lovin it! ( man I wish that early 60's 70's style would come back!) it's a hit!
*
LOVERS IN A DREAM~ diggin this! Very Fireman, like the first two Fireman albums. hypnotic, almost dance, techno- YES! ` a delicious tune.
*
UNIVERSAL HERE, EVERLASTING NOW~ aha another Fireman style cut, diggin that also. The Piano is Brilliant so emotional! YES! another delicious tune. From the dog, too back ground sounds, the whisperin voice of 'Sing the Changes' this catches you by surprise as if to say:
^
"See the changes of the music?" that freakin rawks I got it..The opening gives me chills. I didn't want this song to end. Another masterpiece Paul!
^
DONT STOP RUNNING~ the opening, beautiful piano and mandolin!! Led Zepplinesqe... YES diggin this, deep. mmm another delicacy! this song is freakin brill! A masterpiece-I kid you not!
